66 Center is a inn located two blocks from the historic Spring Street and Center Street intersection in Eureka Springs. It’s on the National Register of Historic Places as the original Homestead of the 1886 Perkins Mill. The 66 Center Street properties are open year round including holidays and are typically rented by families for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Our innkeeper decorates the property for each holiday season including a fully decorated Christmas tree for the holiday season. The Carriage House: This private carriage house flanks the east side of the original home, and was fully restored and decorated in 2009. This spacious 750 square foot great room offers a year round fireplace. There’s a Jacuzzi for two in a large modern bathroom and a kitchen/dining area. Enjoy multiple amenities like central heat and air, hardwood floors and a cable TV, CD Stereo and DVD player. Stylish furnishings, a private garden, and comfortable antiques adorn the property.

The Studio: The Studio is our newest addition on the west side of the main house and opened in August of 2006. Decorated for guests who prefer a sleek modern environment, the studio is stylish and comfortable. Its soft combination of color and texture creates a warm and inviting private experience. The studio is 450 square feet with tall ceilings, mood lighting, spacious windows and doors leading to a private deck and natural garden. It features off street parking, a wet bar with a refrigerator, cable TV, and DVD player. This space also includes a desk area and a bath with shower and tiled floor.

The Homestead: The Main House includes a private three bedroom home with three baths, a full gourmet kitchen, and living room with a baby grand piano. There are beautiful outdoor spaces with front and rear porches to enjoy outdoor dining. This is one of the premier properties in the area and unique to Eureka Springs. Guests will love the on premise services, eclectic décor and romantic settings. Private on-site parking, sparkling housekeeping and some of the finest limestone gardens can all be found here.

The Magnolia, Perkins and Veranda Suites: Guests may choose the option of reserving an individual suite within the Homestead House. The Magnolia, Perkins, or Veranda Suite each have private bathroom with queen beds. Each includes amenities like a microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, and cable TV. The Magnolia Suite includes a large tiled bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
